If the email address you use with Checkout 51 is different than your PayPal email address, or you do not have a PayPal account, the email you get from PayPal (service@paypal.com) would usually look like this:
However, if the email address you use with Checkout 51 is already connected with a PayPal account, you may get one of the following emails from PayPal instead:
- If you have a PayPal account connected with the same email address you use for Checkout 51
If the email address you use with Checkout 51 is connected with a PayPal account, you will instead receive an email from PayPal informing you that CB Neptune Holdings LLC (our parent company) sent you money, with a blue button that says "Get the details". You will not need to do anything to "claim" the money, as it will have "automagically" transferred right into your PayPal account. :-) - If you have a PayPal account connected with the same email address you use for Checkout 51, but the email address has not been confirmed with PayPal
If the email address you use with Checkout 51 is already connected with a PayPal account, but you have not "verified" or "confirmed" this email address with PayPal yet, you will instead receive an email from PayPal informing you that CB Neptune Holdings LLC (our parent company) sent you money, with a section that says "Don't see the money in your account?" with a link that says "Confirm your email address now". You will need to click on this link and follow the steps to confirm your email address, in order for the transfer to complete and the funds to go into your PayPal account.
If there is already a PayPal account connected with the same email address that you use for Checkout 51, but you no longer have access to that PayPal account, you will have to contact PayPal in order to regain access to it.
