I accidentally deleted or can’t find my email from PayPal. What do I do?
If you’ve misplaced the email from PayPal and the email address on your PayPal account is the same as your Checkout 51 account, then don’t worry! The payment would have been automatically deposited into your PayPal account. If you login to your PayPal account you should see the transfer from CB Neptune Holdings LLC (our parent company).
If the email address on your PayPal account is different than your Checkout 51 account, then there are two things you can do to receive this money.
- You can create a new PayPal account using the email associated with your Checkout 51 account. Once you’ve verified this account, the money will be automatically deposited. Please login to confirm.
- You can add your Checkout 51 email address as a secondary email on your PayPal account. Once added, PayPal will send you a link to confirm your email address. Only once you complete the account verification process for this email will the money be deposited into your account automatically.
