Cashing Out with Private Relay?
When Cashing Out on the Checkout 51 app, if you are using an Apple private relay email on your Checkout 51 account, we will ask you to update this email to match your PayPal or Venmo account or to a non-private relay email.
Why? We’ve found that these services do not support Apple private relay emails and will reject payments when sent to them this way.
I already have a PayPal or Venmo account and I am seeing this message:
If you already have a PayPal or Venmo account, update your email on the Cash Out page to use the email address on your PayPal/Venmo account. This will also update the account email you have for Checkout 51. We don’t allow members to have a different email for Cashing Out at this time.
I don’t have a PayPal or Venmo account and I am seeing this message:
If you don’t have a PayPal or Venmo account, update your email on the Cash Out page to any non private relay email that you would like to sign up on these services with.
After your Cash Out is submitted and approved by us: You’ll receive an email from PayPal or Venmo with the Payment amount and be able to sign up to claim the payment from there.
