If you received an email/notification saying that your claim wasn’t approved, the most likely reasons are that:
- We could not find the item you claimed on the receipt you uploaded (which might mean that it is there, but our system wasn’t able to identify it).
- The item you purchased does not match the offer details. (Be sure to always tap into an offer to see to see if there are size, variety, flavor, or other specifications. If you accidentally purchased a similar product but it was the wrong size/variety/etc., unfortunately, you cannot earn Cash Back for it.)
If your claim wasn't approved and you believe we missed something, please submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to get it sorted! In the ticket, please quote the Receipt ID and a member of our team will look into it for you.
