Why were only some of the claims on my receipt approved?
We try really hard to approve all your claims, but sometimes we're unable to approve everything.
Possible causes for a claim not being approved are:
- We could not find the item you claimed on the receipt you uploaded.
- The number of items on the receipt did not match the number of claims you made.
- The item you purchased does not match the offer details. (Be sure to always tap into the offer to see if there are size, variety, flavor, or other specifications. If you accidentally purchased a similar product but it was the wrong size/variety/etc., unfortunately, we can’t give you the Cash Back for it.)
If you think we missed a claim on your receipt, please submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to get it sorted! Please quote the Receipt ID in the ticket and a member of our team will look into it for you.
