First and foremost, locate the barcode on the product you purchased... Not the barcode on your receipt!
If you’re having trouble scanning your barcode please try moving your camera closer and further away from the barcode to find the right distance.
If you scan your barcode and receive the following message “The product you scanned isn’t valid for this offer” this means that you’ve purchased the incorrect product. You may need to try scanning the barcode more than once, often times the full barcode is not captured on the first scan.
Our system will only accept barcodes for the specific products eligible for this offer. Remember that you can always read more about the offer and view any exclusions by reading the offer details.
If you’re sure you bought the right product and it still won’t scan, please submit a support ticket with photos of your receipt and a close up photo of your barcode so that we can look into this for you.
