To update your security settings, log into your account through our website.
Once you're logged in, follow these steps to reach your Security settings:
- Click on your name to access the drop-down menu
- Click on "View Account" in the drop-down menu
- On the Account page, click on "Settings"
- Click on "Security"
On this page, you can toggle between HIGH and LOW settings.
The HIGH setting is the default setting for all accounts. It ensures you will receive an alert every time we think you're using a new device. (You may receive notifications on an existing device if cookies have been cleared.)
The LOW setting ensures you will receive an alert only when we are certain your account has been accessed from a device we've never seen before.
After you've selected your preferred setting, click the "Update Security" button to save your changes.
