If you’re using the iOS or Android app, you can request a deactivation in the app by:
1. Tapping the "Profile" icon in the bottom right corner of your main offer list
2. Scrolling down to the "Settings & Preferences" section
3. Clicking the “Deactivate account” button
4. Deleting the app from your device.
If you’re using Checkout 51 on your computer’s web browser, you can request a deactivation by:
1. Clicking your name on the top right corner
2. Choosing the “View account” option in the dropdown
3. Clicking the “Settings” option
4. Clicking the “Deactivate account” button
You can reactivate your account by logging in using the same email and password.
