If you encounter this message while Cashing Out, it means you have another Cash Out in progress with either PayPal or Venmo.
You can either submit a new Cash Out with the same provider or wait until the previous Cash Out has been processed (5 – 15 business days) if you want to change providers. This does not apply to checks.
E.g. You Cashed Out to PayPal while you have a Venmo payment in progress
