Why is my account balance $0 if I uploaded a receipt?
After you’ve uploaded a receipt photo, our system still needs to process it before we can credit your account. (This can take anywhere from 1 hour to 48 hours, depending on the quality of your receipt photo.)
Immediately after you uploaded the receipt, you would have seen a screen telling you the amount of money you claimed. Once our system has verified and approved the purchase, that Cash Back will be added to your account and we’ll send you an email and notification to let you know. (Please read our Terms for more details.)
If you want to check how many receipts you have pending and what your account balance is, you can head to your Account page.
- If you're using the app: just tap the "Profile" icon in the bottom right corner of your offer list.
- If you’re using your computer’s browser: log in, click your name on the top right, then click “View account."
If you uploaded a receipt and your Account page says you have 0 pending receipts, plus you don’t see a change in your credit, please check your notifications or email to see whether we have asked you to retake your receipt photos.
