To scan your barcode:
- When the app asks you which offers are on your receipt, select the offers you wish to claim.
- If the offer you're claiming requires barcode verification, the scanner will pop up.
- Locate the barcode on the package of the product and capture it within the frame using your device's camera. Please note that you need to scan the barcode on the product you’ve purchased and not the barcode on your receipt.
- If your barcode successfully scans, that claim will automatically be selected.
- Upload the photo of your receipt the same way you always would.
Pro tip: the camera must be a certain distance from the barcode, so if you're having trouble getting the barcode scanned, try moving your camera closer to the barcode and further away to find the right distance.
