I signed up with a referral link and claimed an offer, but I did not receive my bonus. What went wrong?
In order for you to receive your initial sign-up bonus, and for the friend who referred you to receive their Cash Back, you must create your account through the unique referral page provided by your friend and upload your first receipt.
You should receive your first $2.00 quickly (almost instantly – we're that fast!), and receive a notification about it, so if you're not seeing the Cash Back in your account, there are a couple of possibilities:
- You may have used someone else's link in error, in which case that other person would now receive the referral bonus.
- You may have accidentally signed-up through our regular website Create Account page without using your friend or family member's link.
- You waited more than 30 days after creating your account before uploading your first receipt. Our Policy stipulates that the first redemption for Cash Back must occur within the first 30 days of your referral/sign-up date for you and the person who referred you to receive your respective bonuses.
- You have not successfully redeemed an offer on our list yet. Remember: our contest entries and gas offers are not considered a valid offer at this time, and the offer must be approved for Cash Back to be eligible. If you uploaded a receipt and you're still waiting for it to be processed, you should see your bonus as soon as the offers are approved.
