Some offers can be claimed more than once in a week. If you’re claiming an offer multiple times, you must select the total number of claims the first time you upload the receipt.
If you didn't claim the right quantity, please do not upload the receipt again to claim it. Our system will not approve claims on the same offer if the receipt that has already been uploaded.
To adjust the number of claims on a receipt, please create a support ticket and a member of our team will help you fix it.
