My claim wasn't approved because the item was not found on receipt, or a manufacturer coupon was used. What does this mean?
If you received an email or notification saying that your claim wasn’t approved, the most likely reasons are:
- We could not find the item you claimed on the receipt you uploaded (which might mean that it is there, but our system wasn’t able to identify it).
- The item you purchased does not match the offer details. (Be sure to always tap into an offer to see if there are size, variety, flavor, or other specifications. If you accidentally purchased a similar product but it was the wrong size/variety/etc., unfortunately, you cannot earn Cash Back for it.)
- Our system detected the item was used with a coupon and did not approve your claim. Some of our offers cannot be used in combination with any other coupon. To find out whether an offer can be used with a coupon, tap into the offer to see any conditions.
