In order to process your receipt, our system needs to be able to scan and read the entire receipt. Our system scans for certain information, so it’s important for that information to be visible in the receipt photo(s).
If you were notified that we could not process your receipt:
- Click the link in your email or notification to view your uploaded receipt and ensure all the info is there and easy to read
- Or, you can simply re-upload your receipt using the app
Please make sure the photos of your receipt show:
- Purchase Date (the date printed on your receipt)
- Store name or logo
- All items you're claiming
We need the entire receipt, from top to bottom.
Remember: if your receipt is long, you can take multiple photos!
